• We at Nishaa Food Market believe in sustainable growth and thrifty management of our resources. Future development involves setting up an online ordering system where customers can pre-order at their own convenience and incorporating a local delivery service to serve a larger customer base beyond the farmers market. In the future, we also plan to expand operations by marketing our products in other farmers markets and food fairs across the region.
• To deal with excess food with respect, we also have a plan in place for excess management.
• Fresh Excess Meals will be sold as discounted “end-of-day specials” in the store to reduce waste and appeal to price-conscious consumers.
• All excess food that is still safe to consume will be donated to local shelters and community organizations to support our at-risk populations and build stronger community bonds.
• Overstock will also favor our catering enterprise, allowing us to have cost-effective and versatile menu options available for exclusive functions without compromising quality and freshness.
